Is this a running plan? 
No, this is not a running plan. This program focuses entirely on the strength training that supports running performance. You’ll build power, stability, and resilience in the gym, but your actual run workouts stay separate. You can easily combine this plan with your current running schedule or training plan. 

Is this self-guided or live-coached? 
This program is fully self-guided. You’ll receive all workouts, demo videos, and progress tracking inside the TrueCoach app. We're here to answer any questions, but there’s no live coaching included. It’s perfect if you want professional structure and expert design, but the flexibility to train on your own time.
 
What equipment do I need? 
You can complete the workouts with minimal gear - free weights, resistance bands, and a bench or step are helpful. Each exercise includes both home and gym options. 
 
Can I do this while training for a race? 
Absolutely. The sessions are designed to complement your running, not compete with it. You can adjust volume or timing to fit your training block. 
 
When do I get access? 
You’ll receive your program inside the TrueCoach app within 72 hours of signing up, along with full instructions to get started right away!
